Natalie Dragland is a 2nd-year Clinical Somatic Educator-in-training based in Vancouver, British Columbia. With a background in kinesiology and neurology, she has taught therapeutic modalities that focus on movement education for over 10 years. In 2014 she was introduced to Essential Somatics and this opened the door for new realizations and fundamental changes in her own life.
Natalie is dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of self-sensing. Through private Clinical Somatic sessions and Essential Somatics® Movement classes, Natalie's clients are introduced to the possibility of significantly improving their chronic pain, mobility issues, and rehabilitation of injuries or surgeries. Drawing on her own experiences, Natalie also has a strong interest in working with people who are not in physical pain, but want to prevent injuries, improve posture, and enhance their emotional and mental well-being through movement.
